If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order (only) or a personal cheque. Personal cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal cheque. To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping basket contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.All orders placed are subject to these standard terms and conditions.Paying by Credit Card If you select to pay by credit card you will go through to HSBC secure payment area to enter in your credit card details.Paying by Purchase Order If selecting to pay by purchase order, you will need to enter your valid purchase order number. Companies choosing to pay by purchase order who do not have an account with Safety Products Direct Limited are subject to normal credit checks. We will contact you within 24 hours by email or telephone if we are unable to accept your purchase order. If this is the case, you will be given the opportunity to pay by another method. Payment terms for purchase orders are 14 days from date of invoice unless stated otherwise.

Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you need to send something back, our returns policy sets out how to do it.In short, consumers have 14 days from delivery to cancel an order and a further 14 days to return the goods, and we refund the price of the goods plus the standard outbound delivery charge. Business customers have 14 days from delivery to request a return, which is subject to a 20% restocking charge, and delivery charges are not refunded. In both cases the customer pays return carriage, goods must be unused and in their original packaging, and items that have been cut to size or made to order cannot be returned.Where goods are faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied, we cover the cost of getting them back to us and refund you in full, including delivery, or replace them if you prefer. Goods are inspected within 2 to 3 working days of reaching us and refunds are processed within 3 working days. Delivery Information

Delivery charges are calculated on the total weight of the order. Over sized goods may be delivered on a pallet. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that they have suitable off loading equipment. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item.If upon delivery any item is damaged, not of correct quantity or does not comply with the description, please endorse the delivery document accordingly and advise us immediately in writing. We are unable to accept any claims unless reported at the time of delivery.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially and effectively.
